Its really coming together now.

We met on Saturday to begin to put all the different parts together. Suzanne has finished the wonderful lace angel. In the photo above Marian and Suzanne are  placing it on the wadding, it is the focal point so it has to go on first.

Marian is placing the next piece of fabric.

Marian and Suzanne are starting to hand stitch all the pieces together, they are using double cotton and varying the colour to pick up on all the different colours in the hanging.

This is the stage we reached by the end of the day, you can't see all the details so I'll do another post soon to show you some of them.
